ICANN - The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) is an internationally organized, non-profit corporation that has responsibility for Internet Protocol (IP) address space allocation, protocol identifier assignment, generic (gTLD) and country code (ccTLD) Top-Level Domain name system management, and root server system management functions. These services were originally performed under U.S. Government contract by the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) and other entities. 

EURId - European authority for .eu domains control. EURid is the not-for-profit organisation, established in Belgium, and has been selected by the European Commission to operate the new .eu top level domain. EURid was established in a partnership between DNS BE, IIT CNR and NIC SE, operators of the country-code top level domain registries for Belgium (.be), Italy (.it) and Sweden (.se). EURid is in the process of setting up offices in those countries as well as in the Czech Republic to support 4 geographical regions. - Arbitration Court  - The alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for .eu domain name disputes is provided by the Prague-based Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic (the “Czech Arbitration Court”). The Czech Arbitration Court administers ADR Proceedings according to ADR Rules and ADR Supplemental Rules, and in line with the Public Policy Rules for .eu of the European Commission (EC Regulation 784/2004).

PwC Belgium - EURid and PricewaterhouseCoopers have entered into an agreement whereby PricewaterhouseCoopers was officially appointed as EURid’s validation agent for .eu domain name applications made during the Phased Registration Period
(or “Sunrise Period”).
